Running Rehab – from Pain to Performance. New 1 day conference

I’m delighted to announce a new, 1-day conference covering running rehab from start to finish line. Join us at the Bearsted Lecture Theatre in London on April 24th, 2020.

I’ll be presenting alongside 4 fantastic speakers during a day designed to cover all aspects of treating running injury with a unique interdisciplinary approach.

We’ve given the content careful consideration to maximise its practical application in the clinic. The conference will progress in line with how we would treat injured runners, starting with the initial assessment, load management and education. Then we’ll explore exercise prescription and progression before moving on to considering orthoses, gait analysis and optimising performance. We’ll share a common case study throughout to illustrate this process for an injured athlete.

Our Speakers

I’ll begin the day by presenting on assessment of runners and how we can examine and modify their training to a better level to help injury. I’ll explore key objective tests as well as covering education and positive messages to deliver for athletes. The conference will then follow on with 4 great presenters…
